LEADERSHIP

Martin joined CoStar in 2017, originally responsible for identifying organic and inorganic opportunities to grow the multifamily business. He currently leads CoStar’s Corporate Development efforts, responsible for pursuing and executing our mergers, acquisitions, and partnership strategies. Martin spent 12 years at Visa leading their global commercial strategy ideating and developing services and solutions that generated significant growth. He began his career at Deloitte Consulting. Martin received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and his M.B.A. from Duke University.
